SAS: Who Dares Wins Recruit Number 9 - Our Kim Ngo!

The time is finally here for us to reveal, our very own Kim Ngo is on Channel 4’s SAS: Who Dares Win! Back in October Kim went on the secret mission to the Isle of Raasay in Scotland (basically the freezing cold between mountains in the middle of nowhere) to compete for British TV’s toughest shows! Kim will write a detailed post outlining her full experience once the show’s over but below is a little something, something to whet your appetite before the show airs tonight on Channel 4 at 9pm.

“Where do you find the motivation to train? Honestly, my initial motivation to train was so that I’m ready for an apocalyptic attack on earth, you just never know what’s around the corner!

So when I was emailed and asked if I’d consider doing SAS Who Dares Wins I thought… nope, not me! I’m the person on the comfort of my sofa thinking lawd these people are crazy! But somehow Daniel from Minnow Films managed to convince me to do an interview and put a load of fitness tests in front of me (and you know damn well I wasn’t gonna turn those down!) I passed those and was given a place… with ONE WEEKS notice before we had to leave for Scotland! What better way to put the apocalyptic attack training to the test eh?

Which brings us to now….I’m about to settle down and watch myself with 24 other crazy people doing a madness on channel 4. Watch me put my body and mind to the test on SAS Who Dares Wins on tonight at 9pm. Or on channel4 OD.
